Short answer: No. Longer answer: I know it’s inevitable, once you browse the amazing creations at Tashera Jean dot com, you will want one of everything- but slow down partner! Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstance. So please, PLEASE, make sure you are 100% committed to owning your own Tashera Jean creation(s) before hitting that submit button!

Short answer: No. Longer answer: Because all items are handmade and one of a kind, no returns or exchanges are allowed, period.Seriously, I’m a middle-aged lady running a small business and returns/exchanges are way too complicated for me to do. So please, PLEASE, be sure to check all measurements and product information carefully!

Short answer: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Longer answer: Sometimes, during the busy holiday seasons, shipping may take a bit longer to ship your order. Please be patient with me and for the love of all things sparkly, if you need your order by a certain date, please, please make sure to order it well in advance!

Short answer: USPS Longer answer: Either First Class mail or Priority mail will be chosen by yours truly at my personal discretion which will vary according to the items value, weight and so on- but that's not for you to worry about! Additionally, every order will come with a tracking number so that you can easily follow your new purchases travel escapades until it reaches your home safe and sound.

Short answer: Standard Processing time is 2-3 business days / Standard Shipping time is 3-7 business days. Longer answer: Sadly, I cannot control the shipping companies speed- although, I really wish I could. Additionally, I am not Amazon so the odds of you getting your order the next day are virtually zero. However, in my experience of both buying and shipping oodles upon oodles of orders over my lifetime, shipping on average takes anywhere from 3-7 business days* to arrive after my processing time. *The obvious exceptions to this is during any holiday season where shipping and processing times can easily double so please keep that in mind when making your purchase! Seriously,

Short answer: Absolutely! Trouble with USPS? I get it! Longer answer: If you would like to have your order shipped via a different carrier than the default USPS, please contact me directly before placing your order, so that I can figure out other shipping options and price adjust accordingly.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit, which rarely happens because of my excessive use of bubble wrap, please contact me directly and I will help you to file a claim with the shipping company. Damage during shipping is not technically my responsibility, but I know how much it sucks and I will do everything I can to help you sort things out. This same information as above applies to orders lost in shipping. And if your item was stolen, I wish I could be of more help there, but sadly I cannot do anything. My packages get stolen by porch pirates often enough that I am in the works of building a moat and considering hiring a toddler to yell random nonsense whenever a person comes onto my property. Maybe you could do the same?

I currently do not offer international shipping, Boo… I suck right?! However, if you find an item that you simply cannot live without, I wouldn’t want you to live out the remainder of your days devastated beyond belief! In such an instance, it’s probably best to contact me directly. And if you are awesome enough, and rich enough as International shipping is expensive AF, I will see if there is any way that I may accommodate you so that you can get your Tashera Jean goodness.

Short answer: Maybe? Longer answer: Since I make everything with my two little hands and 10 phalanges, some things can be altered- such as necklace lengths and jewelry rhinestone colors. If you would like an alteration made to a specific product you are interested in purchasing, please contact me before placing your order to make sure the change you want is even possible!

Short answer: I currently accept all debit/credit cards, Paypal, and direct bank transfer. Longer answer: I would also probably accept puppies and cheese if such an opportunity presented itself. Additionally, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Seriously! The amount of times that this mistake has happened to (totally not to me, I’m way more responsible than that) other people is astronomical- and once an order is placed, it will be going to that address that is attached to your credit/debit/Paypal account and cannot be changed.

I so much appreciate each and every one of you who decided to make one of my quirky creations a part of your own life. That is the highest honor any that artist can ever hope to achieve. So, thank you! With that being said, please understand that you are buying something handmade. Handmade creations will never be as perfectly manufactured as machine made objects are- that’s just the nature of things. Personally, it’s what I find most charming about handmade art (and I’m guessing you do too otherwise why would you be here shopping on a handmade website?). Besides, it’s those little, miniscule imperfections that gives handmade creations their personality! Also please be aware that colors can appear different on each monitor/screen and can vary greatly in lighting. I do my best to show accurate colors in my photographs but again, I’m just a lady trying to do the best with what she has. Additionally, I am not an electrician- nor do I have any electrical training. I'm just a weird lady in her laundry/craft room that has made countless of electrified things over the years. And while it’s true that I have never had any issues with any of my own creations personally, I know that freakish things can and do happen all the time. So, to keep myself and my business 100% safe, by purchasing anything electrified, you acknowledge that I am not responsible for any damages or injuries that could potentially occur with use of one of my creations. And finally, every item I make has small pieces that could come easily dislodged and pose a choking hazard to children, handicapped individuals, animals, and drunken idiots who put things in their mouths.
